Our friends at Lululemon Santa Rosa are launching a weekly run club at 6:00 pm every Thursday. The first run is tomorrow February 22nd starting from Lululemon in Montgomery Village for a short 3 mile run! All levels are welcome! Each week starting location will alternate between the Lululemon Santa Rosa store and Trail House. Join the public Lululemon Santa Rosa run club group on Facebook and follow them on Strava for the weekly run route at Santa Rosa local Lululemon
We are starting at Trail House so get there early for coffee and chatting! We will do our ride and return to hang out and have beverages and food so make sure you bring your wallet.
There will be three rides to choose from with lots of support from other women riders.
• Easy-does-it 11-mile ride, is a very casual pace.It is a nice route that meanders through Rincon Valley.
• In-the-groove 22-mile ride, casual moderate pace (11-15mph)
• Pick-up-the-pace 22-mile ride, same route but faster (14-17mph)
Both of these two 22 mile rides will include an out and back on Los Alamos, see how far you can get! http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/1951736069
What to bring: your bike (in working order – pumped up tires, etc.), helmet, WATER, snacks, ID and cash for coffee/lunch.
If your bike hasn't been ridden for a while, it is a good idea to take it to your local bike shop for a safety check.
Keep in mind that we want all our rides to be as fun and as safe as possible. That is why we're asking ALL Chicks take the Bike Coalition's Street Skills 101 class. http://www.bikesonoma.org/our-work/traffic-skills-101/
Make sure you sign up for our mailing list too:

Oregon Timber Trail Slideshow Q&A
with route developer Gabriel Amadeus
The Oregon Timber Trail is an iconic 670-mile backcountry mountain bike route spanning Oregon’s diverse landscapes from California to the Columbia River Gorge. Gabriel's photography showcases Oregon's amazing trails and riding terrain, and he'll give a sneak peek at the route and guide to be released later this month. A portion of beer sales will benefit Gabriel's Chefs Cycle ride for No Kid Hungry.
REMBA pint night is happening on the last Tuesday of every month starting 2/28. Buy a REMBA Kleen Kanteen Pint glass and get $2 off pints! Bring your REMBA pint glass if you already have one! Meet other members and board members to talk about riding, trails, and the things that are happening in REMBA-land. This is open to the public and we encourage non-members to join us, heck we'll get you signed up as a member on the spot!
